The RHF team distributed textbooks to 100 Orphans and Vulnerable Children across seven communities in Ogbia LGA, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed academically.
Sixteen PLHIV from Ogbia LGA were trained as Role Models and Mentors, covering topics like HIV knowledge, communication skills, family planning, depression management, and condom use.
Monthly meetings engaged CVs and TBAs across several LGAs for reporting, support, and improvement, alongside distributing 25-item birth packs to TBAs to enhance safe delivery and newborn care.
RHF conducted a 7-day HIV testing & enrolment exercise for an hundred OVC across Ogbia LGA. One child tested positive and was immediately referred and treated at the health facility.
A 5-day training equipped 12 participants, including OVC volunteers and members of God’s Deliverance Support Group, with skills and strategies for effective OVC programming, enrolment, and monitoring.
