The meeting took place on February 13, 2017 at Emeyal-I Town hall, Ogbia LGA. A total of 26 (M/7, F/19) participants were in attendance. Participants were drawn from the 7 project targeted communities in Ogbia LGA, also present were the RHF team.

Objectives:
The purpose of the meeting was to aid the CVs and mentors in strengthening their inputs in monthly home visit, data tracking and collation of reports of defaulters, migration, death and referrals.

The monthly reports were submitted by the HBC CVs including the HBC service forms. Under the supervision of RHF M&E Officer, the CVs did a thorough review on all data/reports from May 2016 to February 2017. Necessary corrections were made and all service forms properly arranged inside the HBC files.

RHF PM stated that M&E meetings will no longer hold in these phase of the project since the RHF/BYSACA/HPDP-II project will be coming to an end by February 28th, 2017. She further advised that the CVs should not neglect all they have been taught in the area of Home Based Care Services.

She informed participants that there will be a sustainability plan/ end of project review meetings with HBC CVs/ Role model and urged that all should be available as we shall be discussing the sustainability plans after the end of the project.

In the absence of other discussions, refreshment was served and allowances paid to participants. Refreshments were served and allowances also paid to the participants.
