The RHF HPDP project team held a comprehensive two-day meeting aimed at aligning staff members with the project plan, organizational values, policies, and key deliverables for the effective implementation of the HPDP project across selected communities in Ogbia Local Government Area.
The meeting brought together all project staff to ensure a common understanding of the overall goals and expectations of the intervention. Discussions covered the project’s objectives, specific deliverables, target beneficiaries, geographical coverage, and clearly defined reporting timelines.
