Monthly M&E Meetings with OVC CVs February 2017

Meeting took place at Emeyal-I Town Hall, Ogbia LGA on February 13, 2017. It began with an opening prayer said by Okpara Elsie, a CV representing Kolo-II. A total of 10 (M/2, F/8) CVs were in attendance, also present were the RHF Team. Participants were drawn from 7 project targeted communities in Ogbia LGA.

Objectives:
The meeting was to aid in strengthening the CVs input in monthly home visits, data tracking and collation of OVC reports from CVs.

The monthly reports and OVC service forms were retrieved from the CVs; a review of all reports from May 2016 to June 2017 was also done by the CVs under the supervision of RHF M&E Officer.

RHF M&E Officer informed the CVs that the days meeting will be the last M&E meeting since RHF/BYSACA/HPDP-II Project is coming to an end by February 2017, however there will be a sustainability plan/ end of project review meeting to enhance their knowledge for continuous support for vulnerable children.

In absence of other discussions, refreshment was served and allowances paid to participants.
